BLS Manager is a 64-bit Windows desktop application and stores its local information in Microsoft SQL Server.

- 64-bit multicore processor and operating system
- Internet connection required for initial setup, catalog data updates, and marketplace communication.
- .NET Framework 4.8, .NET 10 and Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable
- SQL Server 2019 or 2022: LocalDB, Express, or Server
- 10 GB available disk space; 20 GB recommended. SSD strongly recommended.
